Your Key Responsibilities
 

•    Secure and increase profitable sales based on the Schaeffler product portfolio in the Industrial Division
•    Increase our market share by developing the sales strategy and lead the implementation to cover customers in that respective sector and area.
•    To demonstrate the technical competence of the Schaeffler group to the market
•    To deliver added value to the customer with an engineering-based sales approach including consideration of the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), thus we can differentiate from a commodity supplier
•    To support Industrial sales organization in Indonesia, both MRO and OEM as required.
•    Provide up to date technical / engineering and service support to distributors and customers in that designated sales territory. 
•    Support other sectors development in East Indonesia area, which cover East Java, Central Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Nusa Tenggara, Maluku and Papua 

Your Qualifications
 

•    Degree in Mechanical Engineering, min. 5 years experiences (In Engineering/ Manufacturing Industry)
•    Window & Microsoft applications, knowledge on rotary and linear bearings, and basic knowledge in electrical direct drives
•    Strong interest in sales, project management, customer-oriented mindset with proven sales record
•    Computer literacy is a must
•    Outgoing, Organized, Structured, Presentable, Professional, etc.
•    Previous exposure into new digitalization concept (Industry 4.0) is a benefit
•    Good communication in English
