Untuk kualifikasi yang perusahaan butuhkan adalah min Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, & Gelar Professional. Sesuai dari peraturan yang PT kami berikan.
Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- To implement, monitor and review sales and marketing plan
- Explore and Identify for potential new business opportunities and customers both locally & overseas
- To promote Company’s product and system solutions to various industries
- To achieve business plan targets and monthly objectives
- To actively contribute to the performance of the Sales department
- Responsible for generating leads and markets leads for sales growth
- Provide accurate and timely Forecast’s using the appropriate Sales Tools and Processes and maintain all relevant information about Customers, Prospects, Campaigns and Leads.
- Establish and maintain good rapport with customers
- Follow up on billing and debt collections
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Experience in automation sales
- Knowledge in robotic applications or other automated systems is an added advantage
- A pro-active and resourceful individual with excellent negotiation, communications, and motivation skills
- Ability to communicate concisely, verbally and in writing, in English.
- Willingness to travel outstation/overseas at short notices
- Ability to work under pressure, long hours and on weekends (if necessary)
- Team player but also capable to work independently
- Have good sense of time management and strong customer focus
