About the role

As a Sales Engineer at PT Monier’, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth in the Central Java region, with a focus on the Purwokerto, Pati, Tegal and other area in central Java. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and sales support to our clients, ensuring they receive the best solutions to meet their needs.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and offering tailored solutions

• Conducting product demonstrations, technical presentations and site visits to showcase the capabilities of our products and services

• Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on the selection, installation and maintenance of our products

• Collaborating with the wider sales and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction

• Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads to expand the company’s presence in the region

• Providing regular feedback and insights to the management team on market trends, client needs and competitive landscape

What we’re looking for

• Relevant technical background or qualification in engineering, with a strong understanding of the construction industry

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in a technical or solutions-oriented role

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and concise manner

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle client queries and concerns effectively

• Motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal
