Build an Efficient, Dedicated and Skilled team in DPI to support the company’s growth. Focus on Talent Development and Skill development for the members of the DPI.

Due to our expansion now, we are seeking a highly qualified and professional candidates to fill the position as follows:

SALES ENGINEER

Your responsibility will be:

• Searching new client who might use company products/services and also maximizing client potential in designated region.
• Developing long-term relationships through managing & interpreting client’s requirements.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance, product knowledge & after-sales support services.
• Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
• Supporting marketing activities & event.

Your requirement will be:

• Age 22 – 40 years.
• SMA/K education with minimum 3 years’ experience or D3/S1 in any major.
• Have an interest in the B2B Sales/Marketing field.
• Accustomed to working with targets and deadlines.
• Have a good communication skill (verbal and writing).
• Have a good knowledge & databases in a packaging industry (plus point).
• Computer literate; MS Office (basic function and correspondences).
• Have good interpersonal & negotiation skills, discipline, and able to work individually and in a team.
• Must be able to speak English and Hokkien
• Willing to be placed in Medan and surrounding area
• Able to join ASAP.
