The Sales Director will be responsible for managing subordinates and all sales activities of the Mineral Mining Segment. Developing strategic sales plan, managing sales operating budgets, market development, meeting with key customers, up to ensuring activities are carried out as planned will be what’s expected from the person on this position.

Description

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Manage subordinates and all activities of Mineral Mining Division in most effective and efficient manner regarding to risk management and cost efficiency.
• * Establish performance management in internal department such as competency mapping, development plan and succession planning.
• * Develops strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
• * Develops and manages sales operating budgets
• * Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-
• * Monitor’s competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
• * Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
• * Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
• * Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
• * Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals
• * Meets with key customers, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships, and negotiating, and closing deals.

Profile

The successful candidate possesses:

• Strong exposure and sales experience in the pump segment or other processes in Mineral Mining
• Experience in managing sales team members including Sales Managers
• Great understanding of applications and potentials in the Mineral Mining industry
