Currently, one of our clients is a leading and rapidly growing logistics company that specializes in providing efficient and reliable transportation and supply chain solutions to businesses across various industries. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales division.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company’s sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pallet sales sector, including building relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations, effective customer service, and successful order fulfillment.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the pallet sales market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s pallet sales offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of pallet sales trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, identify patterns, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
  • Experience in Pallet sales (Racking or Forklift)
  • Experience in Logistic Company (3PL)
