ROLES ‍‍

  • Develop sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
  • Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales
  • Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs
  • Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a sales team, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls
  • Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any goods or services
  • Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs
  • Collaborating with the sales team at large to ensure the company’s goals and targets are met

SOUND LIKE YOU?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Approachable and dedicated team player
  • Excellent aptitude for handling negative responses and determination to resolve and find solutions for prospective clients
  • Minimum 2 years of lead generation/sales roles
  • Preferably someone with experience in B2B or fintech industry
  • Adept at prioritising own workload and remaining organised while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills with a flair for getting people excited
  • Have a strong work ethic and eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
  • A positive and resilient attitude (flexibility to work in dynamic and fast-paced environment)
  • Good attitude (punctual, can present themselves well, have good knowledge in the products that they are selling)

IDEAL CANDIDATE

This role is for you if you are a customer-obsessed person with excellent communication, strong work ethic and a skill of making new connections with prospects. Enthusiastic about growing your knowledge in the latest SaaS Sales area. It’ll be great if you have experience in the B2B or fintech industry, but we are basically open for anyone.
