Telah dibuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak (sementara) untuk posisi Sales Development Representative [3 mos temporary contract - Jakarta, Indonesia] di tempat usaha TDCX untuk domisili Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kita inginkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Telesales/Telemarketing serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun untuk kualifikasi yang kita inginkan adalah setidaknya D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, & Gelar Professional. Yang merupakan ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

What is your mission?

Qualify and develop leads, setting up webinars, managing appointments, through strong communication and discovery.
Develop strong sales skills and techniques through a training program
Build collaborative relationships with your Account Executives where you both strive to win for the business
Planning and prioritising your accounts effectively through the platforms and insights.
Maximise your own personal development through 1 to 1 coaching sessions with your manager and your wider team
You will need to be target driven to reach and overachieve individual and team results
Ensuring you keep our culture and values forefront of your mind when interacting with our customers, colleagues and business partners.

Who are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications:

Must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Open to fresh grad, must have willingness to do telesales
Open to possible contract renewal

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS), sourcing or a lead generation role, preferably in the technology industry
Experience working with CRM platforms
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and telephone skills
Ability to autonomously manage time, prioritise tasks and deal with ambiguity
Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
Ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results with a strong attention to detail
Motivated to work in a high energy sales environment as a team player
Motivated by a career in sales and eager to learn
