About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Sales Corporate B2B Household Electronic professional to join the team at PT Organik Sehat Alami’ in South Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full-time position responsible for driving sales of our innovative household electronics products to corporate clients. You’ll be an integral part of our growing business, leveraging your expertise to cultivate strong relationships and secure new business opportunities.

What you’ll be doing

Proactively identify and reach out to prospective corporate clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions

Negotiate and close sales contracts with new and existing corporate clients

Manage and nurture key client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies

Continually expand your product knowledge to provide expert guidance to clients

Accurately track and report on sales activities, forecasts and KPIs

What we’re looking for

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a corporate B2B sales role, preferably in the household electronics industry

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers

Excellent communication and presentation skills

In-depth understanding of the household electronics market and competitor landscape

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
