Kemampuan yang perusaahan butuhkan adalah Perwakilan/Konsultan Penjualan (Penjualan) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki syarat yang tersendiri terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 5.100.000 - Rp 6.600.000.

About the role

Join our dynamic team at PT Solusindo Teknologi Cerdas as a Sales Consultant. In this full-time, office-based role in Tangerang Banten, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our clients.

What you’ll be doing

Actively prospecting and generating new leads through networking and cold-calling
Scheduling and conducting meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions
Preparing proposals and presentations to showcase our products and services
Negotiating contracts and closing sales
Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through excellent account management
Collaborating with the broader sales and marketing teams to support the company’s growth objectives

What we’re looking for

Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Experience in real estate industry is an advantage
Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing or Sales
