About the role

Join PT Astra International Tbk (BMW) as a Sales Consultant and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of premium BMW vehicles. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. This full-time position is based in North Jakarta, Jakarta, and offers opportunities for career growth within the dynamic automotive industry.

What you’ll be doing

1. Proactively identify and qualify potential customers through various lead generation channels

2. Provide detailed and personalised product demonstrations to customers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of BMW vehicles

3. Negotiate and close sales, ensuring a smooth and transparent customer experience

4. Maintain a thorough understanding of the BMW product range, pricing, and ongoing promotions

5. Provide excellent post-sale support and follow-up with customers

6. Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and objectives

7. Collaborate with the broader sales team to share best practices and continuously improve sales strategies

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
