What Will You Do:

• Assist in the development and delivery of sales training programs for the sales team.
• Collaborate with the sales capability team to create educational materials and resources.
• Participate in training sessions to gain a comprehensive understanding of sales processes.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work closely with the sales operations team to streamline and optimize sales processes.
• Identify areas for improvement in the sales funnel and propose actionable solutions.
• Assist in implementing new tools and technologies to enhance sales efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to gather feedback on sales processes and tools.
• Assist in the coordination of sales events, meetings, and presentations.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to sales processes, guidelines, and best practices
• Create and update sales reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for sales team training.

What Are The Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheet software and data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to convey complex ideas and information clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable interacting with individuals at various levels within the organization.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Genuine interest in sales processes, strategies, and business development.
• Eagerness to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the success of the sales team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.  

Additional Information:

• This is a paid 6 months internship
• WFO/WFH arrangement
• We expect the candidate to start as soon as possible (May 2024)
