Main Responsibility :

Responsible for Sales and Business Development primarily for Data Center, while also overseeing Sales and Business Development for Network Engineering Services, Telecommunication, and Power Supply products in both the Telecommunication and Enterprise markets.

Job Description :

  • Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects. 
  • Attend to sales inquiries/ quotations and respond to RFQs/ RFPs. 
  • Lead and manage contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for the company. 
  • Prepare contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Build strong relationships and promoting products and services to customers and suppliers.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly activity reports. 
  • Have thorough understanding of products and provide solution to clients. 
  • Craft sales presentations that creatively and distinctly differentiate and communicate to targeted prospects.
  • Explore and identify new markets, partnerships, and grow areas to expand the data center client base.
  • Set goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
  • Monitor the business performance in order to meet the business KPI. 

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering.
  • A minimum 10 years experience in senior positions in relevant industry, with at least eight (8) years experience in sales of Data Center products and Services and/or Telecommunication Services and Products. A proven track record in sales is required. 
  • Strong finance acumen with the ability to develop business plans supported by market segmentation and financial analysis.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional team.
  • Excellence organizational and people skills, project & planning management skills with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely and  concise manner.
  • Excellence marketing capability
