 -Engineering support to regional offices, distributors, MRO & OEM end-users
– Demonstrate an Engineering Based Sales approach to MRO & OEM customers to emphasize the advantages of working with Schaeffler, thereby ensuring that the Schaeffler solutions provide benefit to the customers
– Observe technical details by visiting application sites to secure bearing supply to customer
– Promote and sell services, service products, bearing products and others where applicable
– Retrieve information from customers about development projects and schedules to prepare engineering support in a timely manner
– Develop and improve Customer Contacts with MROs on the shop floor level as well as on the production manager, maintenance manager and purchasing manager level
– Set up and provide Training Sessions for MRO Personnel (apprentices, engineers, tradesmen, fitters, support staff)
– Compile external reports for provided services
– Internal reporting of market observations and activities
 

– A Bachelor degree Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic or similar Engineering.
– A minimum of five (5) years verifiable field experience in both Sales and Mechanical Maintenance   and/or condition monitoring.
– Experienced maintenance person with thorough Know-How of and experience in bearing technology and/or services with strong vibration monitoring background may be a plus. A certification of competency in vibration analysis is a major plus.
– Previous exposure into new digitalization concepts (Industry 4.0, IoT etc.) is a benefit
– Strong communication skill at all organizational levels is essential in English (written and oral) is mandatory.
– Background in process engineering, Mechanical maintenance and/or the reliability function within heavy industry (i.e. Pulp & Paper, Metals, Mining and Aggregates) or field service & applications engineering in the bearing industry is preferred.
– Strong interest in Engineering Based Sales, project management, customer-oriented mindset with proven sales record
