We are seeking for the role of :

Sales Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales operations for industrial automation products (PLC, HMI, servo, motion control systems, etc.).

  • To set sales targets and monitoring team performance to ensure goals are met.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across various industrial sectors.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and potential clients.

  • Work closely with the internal engineering and technical support teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business development reports to management.

  • Represent the company in exhibitions, meetings, and product presentations.

·         Mentoring sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering

  • 8-12 years of sales experience in industrial automation or electrical/mechatronics product sales and at least 5 years in a team-leadership role, managing sales engineers or technical sales personnel.

  • Solid knowledge of factory automation components (PLC, HMI, inverter, servo, SCADA, etc).

  • Strong commercial acumen: sales forecasting, negotiation, contract management, margin optimization.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Inspiring leadership and people development skills.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

  • Strategic thinking with a strong drive to grow market share.

  • Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven personality.

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)

In 1997, Rockwell Automation appointed Transavia Utama as the authorized distributor for its automation products.
