Perusahaan kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sales Area Manager (Kalimantan) - Infinix di tempat usaha PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia untuk kota/kab Banjarmasin & South Kalimantan atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang PT kami inginkan ialah Manajemen – Area/Multi-lokasi (Ritel & Produk Konsumen) serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Job Descriotion and Scope :

  • Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel

  • Supervise and guide retail staff towards maximum performance

  • Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency

  • Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget

  • Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation

  • Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise

  • Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays

  • Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store

  • Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts

  • Ensure the store fullfill all legal health and safety guidelines

  • Taking care of branding needs such as billboards, Neonbox, printing, banners, stickers, etc as well as other event needs.

  • Check the quality of warehouse, vendor or 3rd party.

  • Have good management and negotiation skills.

  • Responsible for the stock of goods and product assets such as warehouses, storefronts, etc.

  • Responsible and organize the activities and Promotion in coordination with regional team

  • Responsible for all BTL marketing materials including POSM, promotion tools and etc.

  • Evaluate local suppliers performance by cost, quality, timeliness of delivery and drive the improvement

  • In charge of the whole process of procurement including bid, contract, order and etc.

  • Keep an eye on inventory level to ensure the prompt support of marketing activities

  • Handle Kalimantan all area

  • Ability to speak English (Must)
