Perusahaan kami telah merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sales and Product Manager ( Data Center Solutions ) di perusahaan PT Datumstruct Indonesia untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Teknik/Teknikal/IT serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.
Adapun untuk syarat yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah minimal Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Merupakan ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 15.000.000 - Rp 25.000.000.

Job responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager in the Data Center Technology Business, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leading a team of sales professionals and developing strategic sales initiatives. Your primary responsibility is to cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure the successful delivery of data center technology solutions. This role demands a combination of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
Identify target markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with senior management to establish annual sales budgets and forecasts.
Customer Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored data center technology solutions.
Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest data center technology trends, products, and solutions.
Educate the sales team on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and effective product presentations.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Address technical aspects of solutions and demonstrate their value to clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Track and analyze sales performance against targets.
Generate regular sales reports for senior management.
Recommend adjustments to strategies based on data insights.

Qualifications:

This Sales Manager role in the Data Center Technology Business is critical to driving revenue growth and ensuring the successful adoption of data center solutions by clients. Requirements:
- Prior working in Data center solutions environment is a plus+.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic),Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language (as the direct reporting is based out of Indonesia and position requires to work with regional interaction):
- English ( Mandatory)
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Power point, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, CRM
- Demonstrable skills in negotiation and sales presentations.
- Independent, resourceful and possess good business acumen and excellent communication skills
- Capability in solution selling and generate new business opportunity with new & existing clients
- Preferably Manager specialized in Sales – Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
