Telah rilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sales and Operation Manager di perusahaan Perusahaan Dirahasiakan untuk kota/kab Jakarta Pusat atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kami butuhkan adalah minimum Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 10.000.000 - Rp 20.000.000.

Main Responsibilities 

• Drive Sales, Profitability and Gross Margin Growth

• Responsible to drive area sales and profit plans to budget through successful leadership, organisational plans, customer service, and outstanding execution of all field operations and strategies, consistently across all centres.

• Guide & work with Centre Managers to develop relevant business KPIs

• Provide leadership to ensure that the team consistently meets or exceeds daily sales performance metrics.

• Work with trainers to ensure that all field team are current and up-to-date with product and treatment knowledge.

• Accountable to ensure that trends of underperformance are formally addressed, with clear and documented performance improvement plans.

• To work with Call Centre and Marketing to effectively improve the customer experience and improve conversion funnel metrics

• Consistently ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behaviour aligns with company values.

• Involve in the sales and promotion planning, execution and audit

• Analyse performance metrics data and leverage it to effectively coach and develop the Centre team.

• Responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations.

• Be the linkage between management team and field team to align all goals and strategies

Inventory Management

• Ensure that each centre is trained and compliant with all basic inventory management/movement/receiving process. Consistently execute quality inventory practices with receiving, restocking, transfers and managing inventory discrepancies.

• Inspect and take action on out of stocks and negative SKU reporting.

Operational Effectiveness

• Direct a standard with staff rostering/schedules that reflects a centre staffing approach that meets the customer needs and achieving overall business efficiency.

• Actively participate in Brand Meetings and Sales & Operations related Meetings which will be held once a week

• Prepare and update for review and discussion with Sales, Training and Marketing – achievement of sales targets, key business issues, opportunities, training concerns

Manage Expenses

• Effectively manage Sales Operations expenses to ensure delivery of internal gross margin goals.

• Achieve targeted employment ratios by managing headcount and optimising productivity in relation to topline sales.

Requirement

• Tertiary or minimum diploma required

• Previous sales experience necessary

• Ability to analyse performance & propose improvement plans

• Passionate desire to make sales targets

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast paced, demanding environment

• Excellent coach and communicator

• Ability to get others to “buy in” to specific goals and strategies

• Self-reliant with the ability to make solid business decisions independently

• Team player and lead by example

• Computer literate in Excel and Word
