Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sales Administrative di perusahaan PT. QUANTA LAND INDONESIA untuk kota/kab Tangerang serta sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang perusaahan butuhkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Staf / Administrasi umum serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.
Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap calon pelamar sehingga kamu bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.
Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 4.500.000 - Rp 6.000.000.

Job Description:
1. Order SP (Sales Purchase)
– Receive and process sales orders from customers.
– Ensure the accuracy of order information, including price, quantity, and product specifications.
– Coordinate with relevant teams to fulfill orders in a timely manner.
– Monitor order status and provide updates to customers if there are any changes.
2. Collect DP (Down Payment)
Collect down payments from customers according to established terms and ensure that all payments are received and recorded accurately.
3. Collect Data KPR
Collect documents required to apply for home ownership loans from banks or financial institutions and communicate with customers to ensure that all requirements are met.
4. Follow-up Bank
Coordinate and follow up on the homeownership loan approval process with banks or financial institutions.
5. Order PPJB (Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli/Sales and Purchase Agreement)
Manage and process sales and purchase agreements between customers and property developers.
6. Arrange Signing of PPJB for customers and developer
Schedule meetings between customers and the property developer for the signing of PPJB.
7. Arranging Consumer Credit Agreement with Bank and Notary – BCA only
Coordinate meetings between customers, banks, and notaries for the credit agreement process.
8. Weekly Report
– Compile a weekly report about project progress, sales achievements, and other related activities.
– Gather and analyze data from various relevant sources.
9. Claim Commission
– Process commission claims from property agents and sales staff
– Ensure that all sales and transactions are accurately recorded.
– Calculate appropriate commissions and provide payment to the sales staff.
10. Update Sales Detail & Master Control
– Update sales data and other related information in the system or database used.
– Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
– Present reports and analysis based on the updated data.
Requirements :
– At least a Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
– Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administration or similar role within the real estate or property management industry is highly preferred.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
– Highly proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant software applications.
– Able to work with high targets and enjoy challenges.
– Willing to work on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays if required.
– Perform and process administration in building handover.
– Willing to be placed in Talaga Bestari and Alam Sutera (Tangerang).
