Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sales Admin di kantor SCG untuk daerah Kabupaten Bekasi & Jawa Barat dan sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang PT kami butuhkan ialah Administrasi Klien & Penjualan (Administrasi & Dukungan Perkantoran) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

PT ini tidak memiliki syarat yang spesifik terhadap calon pelamar sehingga kamu bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 6.100.000 - Rp 8.100.000.

Qualifications:

  1. Education:
    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience:
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
    • Experience in the manufacturing or PVC pipe industry is a plus.
  3. Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales databases.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Knowledge:
    • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
    • Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
  5. Language:
    • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Support:
    • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials and product information.
    • Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems.
  2. Order Processing:
    • Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
    • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to track and manage inventory levels.
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and product availability.
  3. Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and sales activities.
    • Prepare and distribute invoices, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
  4. Customer Service:
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing information about products and services.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  5. Sales Coordination:
    • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and events.
    • Assist in organizing and attending trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
  6. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify trends.
    • Provide regular updates to the sales team and management on sales activities and progress.
  7. Administrative Tasks:
    • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
    • Manage office supplies and ensure the sales office is well-maintained.
  8. Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales administration.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based position with occasional travel to customer sites or sales events.
  • Standard office hours with occasional overtime during peak sales periods or events.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
