• Hold a “start of shift” and weekly safety meeting for all work groups.
• Ensure that existing “Safe Work Procedures” are used when ever any high risk work is carried out.
• Provide “Safe Work Procedures” to cover all high risk work not already covered by them for all machine types.
• Carry out daily “walk around” inspections of all jobs, both in the workshop and in the field to ensure all work is being carried out safely.

• Ensure that all people who have Prinasa training meet their monthly target figure.

• Ensure that all hand tolls and lifting equipment are maintained in good condition and that damaged hand tools and lifting equipment are not used.

• Ensure all safety stands, elevated work platforms etc are maintened in good condition.

• Carry out a weekly inspection of all environmentally sensitive areas such as : fuel, oil and lubricant storage areas, oil traps & workshop drains so as not to damage / negatively affect the environment

• Carry out comprehensive investigations into all accidents, incidents and near misses and the results of the investigation report must be informed to the relevant parties (PJO, HSE team, superintendent & supervisor in charge) as soon as possible after the incident occurred.

• Carry out all other tasks allocated to you by your Superiors.

• Minimum education Bachelor Degree of Occuputional Health & Safety/Enviromental Engineer/Public Health
• Good communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Proficient in computer literacy, 
• Proficient in Government regulation relates safety and enviromental
• ​Certified Implementation of SMKP is preferred
