We are looking for a qualified and highly motivated person with a high commitment to be placed in our new factory in Mempawah – West Kalimantan (Pelabuhan Internasional Kijing) as Safety Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Fire Hazard mapping and preventive action (awareness, campaign, patrol, report)
- Respond to fire alarm, accident, and other emergency calls and normalize the situation, investigate together with related departments and follow up the corrective action taken.
- Conduct inspection and prepare periodic report regarding work safety accident, man hours record, work permit for maintenance electric team and contractor work, monitoring of fire equipment system, distribution of personnel safety protector, employee sudden sickness, job site inspection and updated other safety items.
- ldentify and update HIRAC (hazard identification, risk assessment control) with all operational department.
- Order and control supply of first aid medicines, safety protector, fire equipment part, and other related subjects.
- Enforce and participates actively in the implementation of all management system (ISO, SMK3, lSPS & other management system).
- To monitoring and supervision project is matched with safety regulation.
Requirement:
- University Degree or Diploma Major in Industrial Engineering, Safety, or relevant background.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Ms. Excel, Power Point and Internet.
- Willing to be placed in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the same field.
- Preferably experienced in manufacturing company in Palm Oil Industry (bulk oil), Chemical, and Power Plant.
- Good command in English both conversation and written.
