Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities by analyzing manual processes

• Conduct process assessments to evaluate suitability for automation

• Gather and document detailed business and functional requirements

Process Mapping and Documentation:

• Create process maps and workflows using tools like draw.io

• Document current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) processes, highlighting automation improvements

Solution Design Support:

• Work with RPA developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications

• Define acceptance criteria for automated processes

Stakeholder Communications:

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the RPA project lifecycle

• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and regular progress updates

RPA Solution Development:

• Assist in the design and development of RPA solutions using UiPath

• Configure automation scripts and workflows to ensure successful implementation

• Collaborate with RPA developers to troubleshoot and test solutions during development

• Ensure that RPA solutions adhere to quality standards regarding accuracy, reliability, and performance optimization

Job RequirementsPrevious Experience:

• Previous experience working as a business analyst on an Automation/RPA team preferred

• Work with teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures

Core Competencies:

• Excellent, proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions

• Excellent communication skills in both written & verbal English (and have worked in global/multicultural environment)

• Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders as part of the RPA delivery cycle

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with all level of staff

• Exposure to performance measurement and continuous improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma, preferred

• Strong business acumen to increase usability and profitability of information architecture

• Experience with leadership, governance and change enablement

• Develop and manage vendor relationships

• Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies

Required Technical Skills:

• 3-4 years of experience in designing, developing and maintaining enterprise scale automation systems

• Significant experience with UiPath

• Core understanding of software engineering principles (e.g. encapsulation, extensibility, maintainability)

• 1-2 years of micro-experience designing & developing RPA workflows using UiPath platform and component such Studio/StudioX, Orchestrator, Robot
