About Rotogravure Printing Manager (Head of Printing)

A highly urgent Printing Manager role, specialized in end-to-end rotogravure printing process who will be greatly responsible for Cylinder Making, Ink Mixing, and Printing Supervisor is coming from a packaging company in Tangerang, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control the whole printing processes as per the specifications to generate output as planned and expected
• Inspect material to be processed to confirm with QC standards and other specifications to minimize the chances of error
• Ensure production schedule also along with manning to ensure production processes run smooth
• Manage quality output with zero defects to ensure customer satisfaction
• Recommend improvement methods and procedures for a better of process or getting improvement in the process so that the process runs effectively and efficiently to decline waste level and production cost
• Immediately attend to major operational interruptions and work on minimizing the equipment breakdown chances if required, will coordinate with the maintenance department in regular basis
• Ensure good working condition of all Printing Machines and Equipment, also to keep other company properties
• Creating open and healthy environment for functioning. Proper environment and discipline to be observed by all personnel working
• Awareness in Food Safety to avoid any problems and early identification.

This position will responsible for ensuring the entire Printing processes runs safely and in accordance with the specified target.

This job will engage the entire Printing processes starting from Design, Cylinder Making, Ink mixing and Printing Process. Also collaborate with other Leader in shopfloor to make the process run smoothly (including collaborate with Lamination, Finishing, Maintenance, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, etc.)

The Successful Applicant

• Coming from any multinational manufacture companies
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Printing Manager or Head of Printing and 8 years’ experience in gravure printing
• A great (or potential) leader of big numbers of members with strong personality
• Possess Bachelor Degree of Engineering
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang, Banten
• Good communication skill in English, especially technical-related topics
• Experience with continuous improvement and process management.
