Perusahaan kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi Rooftop Operation Manager (club/bar and fine dinning restaurant) di kantor Perusahaan Dirahasiakan untuk daerah Jakarta Selatan dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kami butuhkan adalah Hotel/Restoran & Makanan/Minuman/Pelayanan Restoran serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Untuk persyaratan yang kita inginkan adalah min SMA & SMU/SMK/STM. Menurut dari ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

• Lead and make sure the preparation, development, and pre-opening events of the venues successfully executed

• Lead and direct floor staff including the FOH and BOH

• Make sure information and orders are updated in to the daily briefing

• Conduct training and coaching for current and new floor staff (training, developing, testing, and coaching)

• Make sure to submit purchase order for items and supplies needed for the venue service operations

• Make sure guest service and satisfaction is at the best performance

• Make sure the operations runs according to the standard procedures

• Handle guest complaints and resolve issue according to Management’s approval and Company Policy

• Set up and organize floor staff work scheduling for regular and event day

• Work together with the Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager, Marketing, Event Team, and Executive Chef to accomplish common goals

• Assist the venue in terms of creating sales goals, generating revenue, and participate in P/L reporting

• Create and assist in reports, critical paths, presentation related to Venue Performance, Operations in General, Daily Revenue Report, Expenses Report, etc.

• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

• Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it

• Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events, including recommend ways/ideas to reach a broader audience

• Continually strive to develop the staff, including Floor Supervisors, in all areas of managerial and professional development

• Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling procedures

• Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the venues preventative maintenance programs

• Ensure that all products are received in accordance with the venues receiving policies and procedures

• Assists and conducts conflict resolution, corrective actions and coaching

• Oversee and ensure that employee performance appraisals are completed in a timely manner

• Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, and county municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements

• Ensures nightly and/or weekly opening and closing side duties are followed

• Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations, including opening and closing duties

Qualifications :

• Minimum 4 years managerial experience in Restaurant/Lounge/Bar/Club/Nightlife Venue Operation

• Having work experience in an upscale Club/Lounge services is preferred

• Having great leadership and communication skill

• Must be fluent in writing, reading, and listening using English

• Must be proficient using computer software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, Micros POS System, Inventory System, SAP, Google Drive/Workspace

• Willing to work on shifting schedule and outside regular hours
