RMPM (Raw Material & Packaging Material) Executive

As an RMPM (Raw Material & Packaging Material) Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring the smooth flow of raw materials and packaging materials. Collaborating with various teams, you’ll optimize material availability, enforce protocols, and maintain a safe and compliant working environment. Job Description:

• Support the manager in daily warehouse coordination, encompassing receiving, storing, and picking.
• Maintain accurate records of inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance and proper documentation.
• Enhance inventory accuracy through meticulous counts and efficient space utilization.
• Work closely with procurement and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Streamline warehouse layout to optimize material flow and storage efficiency.
• Implement and uphold SOPs, safety guidelines, quality protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide training to warehouse staff, emphasizing safe handling, equipment operation, and proper procedures.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless order processing and on-time delivery.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking, order monitoring, and insightful reporting.
• Analyze metrics to identify and resolve inventory challenges, driving continuous efficiency improvements.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors, carriers, and customs officials to facilitate logistics operations.
• Manage and monitor vendor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to uphold lead time and quality standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure informed decision-making.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related fields; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Proven track record as a warehouse executive in a dynamic FMCG or fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong expertise in warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar tools for efficient inventory and order management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills for effective task prioritization
• Detail-oriented accuracy in managing inventory, documentation, and order fulfillment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities for addressing operational challenges.
• Leadership skills to motivate and guide teams, fostering a culture of improvement.
• Knowledge of lean principles is a valuable asset.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) for data analysis and reporting.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying shifts and operational demands.
• Preferred familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory compliance.
• Forklift certification or operational experience is a beneficial addition.
