We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Manager to lead our risk management efforts in a fast-paced B2B trading platform environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements for financial services. The Risk Management Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to manage and mitigate risk across the platform, ensuring regulatory compliance and protecting the platform from fraud and financial loss.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement risk management strategies for the B2B trading platform, including identifying, assessing, and prioritizing risks.
– Develop and maintain policies and procedures for risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
– Ensure the platform complies with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including AML/KYC and data privacy regulations.
– Manage the fraud prevention program and collaborate with the fraud prevention team to investigate and resolve any fraud incidents.
– Lead the risk assessment process and perform regular risk assessments to identify new and emerging risks.
– Partner with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure that risk management is incorporated into all business processes.
– Develop and implement training programs to educate employees and stakeholders on risk management and compliance issues.
-Prepare and present risk management reports to senior management and board members.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA preferred.
– 5+ years of experience in risk management or compliance, preferably in financial services or a B2B trading platform environment.
– Knowledge of risk management techniques, including risk assessments, controls, and mitigation strategies.
– Familiarity with AML/KYC and data privacy regulations.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
– Strong leadership and project management skills.
– Professional certification in risk management, compliance, or related field is preferred.
