Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Requirements:

Tertiary Graduate with relevant qualifications in Engineering (Mine, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical), Natural Science, OHS & Environmental related discipline.
Minimum 10 year’s professional experience as HSE, Risk Management, CSMS Superintendent, Supervisory, Coordinating level.
Minimum 7 year’s professional experience in the mining industry and/or high-risk industries.
Knowledgeable of Contract and Contractor Management in mining industry.
Knowledgeable of Risk Management, Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management in Mining Industry.
Certified Risk Management (ISO 31001, COSO), OHSMS ISO 45001, EMS ISO 14001, QMS ISO 9001, SMKP, SMK3, CSMS
Skilful or high capability in managing database, spreadsheet, application, software, reporting system, dashboard.
Proficient in English is a must.
Will be placed at Jakarta Head Office.

Job Description:

To manage risk and CMS database, spreadsheets, software, application, approval process, document and record control, data configuration, dashboard and reporting system.
To facilitate the implementation of site-based baseline risk assessment from medium to low level with regard to business risks and operational OHS and environmental risks, including HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control) and EAIA (Environmental Aspects and Impact Assessment), Industrial Hygiene and HRA (Health Risk Assessment).
To maintain, facilitate risk register update across Merdeka sites.
To facilitate the implementation of site risk audit program to all MDKA and contractors by Site Risk Champions.
To be involved in development and improvement of risk management database, register, dashboard and report application software.
To ensure clear classification of contract (Major, Minor, Labour Hire, Off-Site and Crisis Event) at Site commensurate with minimum requirements to comply with.
To administer MDKA CMS Application interfacing to Supply Chain Management (SCM) process for Contractor registration, Authorisation to Mobilise and Commence Work (ATMCW), CMS Performance Review, CMS Reporting and Dashboard.
Develop, plan, implement and/or facilitate CMS Audit Framework on annual basis with the Contract Owners, Responsible Persons and Accountable Persons.
Develop CMS procedures, guidelines, forms, templates to be used as reference by Contractors.
To ensure and facilitate MDKA Contract Owners take responsibility and accountability of Contractors pre-mobilisation requirements such as: Equipment Commissioning, Personnel Competency, Regulatory Compliance, Site specific requirements.
To ensure and facilitate MDKA SCM (Supply Chain Management) Team and Contract Owner for Pre-Qualification process.
Infield assurance of MDKA business activities to ensure business and HSE risks of contractors on site are identified, analysed, mitigated and the risk register periodically updated.
To identify emerging or key contractor issues and recommend approaches to systematically deal with them are consistent with the CMS.
To ensure that Business and HSE KPI of the contractors are being measured by Contract Owners, Site GM/ KTT.
To ensure all MDKA HSE leading indicators initiatives, programs such as: Inspection, Senior Management Site Inspection (SMSI), Incident Reporting, Behavioural Observation, Critical Risk Management (CRM), Critical Risk Standards (CRS), Hazard Observation, Waste Management, etc are gradually implemented by all contractors at Site.
To ensure Contractors personnel medical check-up (pre-employment, periodic, pre-termination) of Contractors complied with.
To ensure timely reporting by contractors to MDKA Contract Owner and HSE Team.
To ensure that Contractor HSE Documentation is managed within a system, it is up-to-date and accessible by users.
To be actively involved in the socialisation and implementation programs of MDKA HSE Standards and procedures to all contractors.
To facilitate the review and development of all Contractor HSE related databases.
