As the Risk and Fraud Platform Manager, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the organization against financial losses and reputational damage due to fraudulent activities. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our risk and fraud management platform.

Description

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the risk and fraud management platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the platform with other systems and processes.
• Stay updated on emerging fraud trends and technologies to enhance the platform’s effectiveness.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive risk and fraud prevention strategy aligned with the organization’s goals
• Identify vulnerabilities in current processes and systems and propose solutions to address them.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and anomalies indicative of fraudulent activity.
• Ensure that the risk and fraud management platform complies with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Stay informed about changes in regulations related to fraud prevention and incorporate necessary adjustments into the platform.
• Create and present regular reports on fraud trends, incidents, and prevention efforts to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of fraud prevention processes and procedures.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Security, or Business Management. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in risk and fraud management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of fraud detection technologies, machine learning
• Familiarity in KYC platform/product risk related
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing fraud landscapes and technologies.
