Telah dibuka loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Reward Officer di tempat usaha Yayasan Bina Nusantara untuk kota/kab Jakarta Barat serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang kita butuhkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Purpose of Jobs:

Salary, Benefits and Bonus Payment:

  • Administer and process accurately the monthly salary/ benefits/ bonus payment based on scheduled payment.
  • Prepare all data related to salary/benefits/bonus payment and reports.
  • Personal Income Tax Report • Distribute annual personal income tax report (Surat Pemotongan Pajak Tahunan/SPT).
  • Prepare and update all data related to Tax (NPWP).
  • Serve as information source regarding the tax calculation for all employees.

Outsource Payment:

  • Verify and process invoice from outsource company according to contract agreed.
  • Review and liaise with outsource company if there’s any change in government rules and regulations based on BINUS needs.

Part time employees Payment :

  • Receive, check and verify the part time calculations.
  • Arrange payment process in coordination with Finance Division.
  • Produce reports related to the utilization of part time budget to other BU and Divisions.

BPJS Ketenagakerjaan:

  • Arrange and update all data related to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Distribute softcopy BPJS Ketenagakerjaan card to employees.
  • Mediate between BPJS Ketenagakerjaan office and employees, such as by assisting in handling employees’ BPJS Ketenagakerjaan office related to its process.

BPJS Kesehatan:

  • Administer and produce reports related to BPJS Kesehatan process.
  • Process and provide BPJS Kesehatan card for all employees.
  • Process all register related to BPJS Kesehatan.

Employees Agreement/Contract:

  • Monitor and handle the correspondence for employee’s agreement/contract which will be expired.
  • Filing all employee’s agreement/contract records.stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimal Bachelor Degree in Any major
  • Have minimal 3 years work experience in a related position
  • Have experience in operation payroll system.
  • Have good understanding in taxation procedures
  • Have good understanding in Pph 21 and labor law
  • Self-motivated and a Team Player at the same time
  • Good analytical & conceptual thinking skills, creative and innovative
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office) and familiar with the internet
  • Good communication skills
