About the Role

Selong Selo Resort & Residences, a leading luxury destination in South Lombok, is seeking a dynamic and analytical Revenue Manager to drive the resort’s strategic pricing, distribution, and inventory management.

This role is pivotal in maximizing overall revenue performance through data-driven insights, proactive market analysis, and close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams. The ideal candidate will combine commercial acumen with a deep understanding of luxury resort market dynamics, ensuring that Selong Selo continues to lead in both profitability and guest value.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Strategy & Optimization

o   Develop, implement, and monitor dynamic pricing strategies across all distribution channels to optimize room and villa revenue.

o   Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns to identify opportunities for revenue growth.

o   Forecast demand, occupancy, and revenue to support effective business planning and budgeting.

o   Recommend strategies for rate positioning, yield management, and inventory control across seasons and segments.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

o   Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance reports for management review.

o   Conduct regular analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ADR, RevPAR, and GOPPAR.

o   Provide actionable insights and recommendations to guide management decisions and improve financial results.

Channel & Distribution Management

o   Oversee online and offline distribution channels, ensuring optimal visibility and rate parity across platforms.

o   Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to align pricing and promotional strategies with market demand.

o   Manage relationships with OTAs, GDS partners, and direct booking channels to maximize profitability.

Collaboration & Leadership

o   Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop targeted promotions and packages aligned with business goals.

o   Support Reservations and Front Office teams with training and updates on rate structures and availability.

o   Represent the Revenue function in management meetings, contributing to overall strategic direction and planning.

Qualifications & Experience

o   Bachelor’s degree in Revenue Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.

o   Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Revenue Management role, ideally within a luxury resort or upscale hotel environment.

o   Proven success in implementing yield strategies and achieving revenue targets.

o   Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

o   Proficiency in PMS, RMS, and channel management systems (e.g., Opera, SynXis, SiteMinder, etc.).

o   Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
