Description

• Operational Excellence: Streamline and improve store operations to maximize efficiency, from inventory management to staff scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the store team, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a positive work environment.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock, minimizing losses and ensuring product availability.
• Budget Management: Manage the store’s financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue growth strategies.
• Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to maintain an attractive store presentation.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in retail operations management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
