The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple retail stores (20–70 locations) within an assigned region. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring efficient store operations, and aligning store activities with company objectives. The successful candidate will lead store teams, provide strategic direction, and foster an environment for growth and operational excellence.

  • Drive sales performance by motivating store teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Leverage effective strategies to secure bulk orders, even in challenging economic or company conditions.
  • Conduct regular assessments of store requirements and devise targeted action plans to address these needs.
  • Allocate sales targets to store teams, based on the purchasing power and demographics of each location’s customer base.
  • Oversee stock flow, ensuring optimal levels of inventory across stores.
  • Coordinate the introduction of new items to support store-specific demands.
  • Train and guide Store Managers to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven 5-10 years of experience in multi-store retail management of fashion industry
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience in team motivation and training.
  • Ability to handle complex, cross-functional issues and resolve store-level challenges.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently
