RETAIL AREA MANAGER

We are currently looking for Area Manager position for our dynamic retail team. We are a retail and distribution company of a Parisian ready to wear eyewear brand and the Italian designed brand for reusable stainless steel bottles and accessories.

The Area Manager will be responsible in managing sales and operations in multiple stores under the assigned area which includes driving sales goals, directs and oversees all retail operations and HR related aspects within the area. 

Responsibilities:

• Managing Store Operations: manage and oversee day to day of each stores in the area to operate efficiently and effectively. Execute compliance of store SOP at all times and ensure visual merchandising are implemented effectively.

• Staff  Development: lead, train, and develop team members to have knowledge, skills, and tools needed to maximize performance.

• Driving the Sales: manage group of stores sales performance by monitoring and analysing sales performance, developing and implementing effective retail sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth.

• Inventory Integrity: managing stock loses, conducting stock count, evaluate stock requirements and ensure timely replenishment.

• Customer Service: ensuring each store delivers excellent service that provides exceptional customer experience

• Communication: communicate and collaborate with store PICs, team members, and company leadership. Maintains good relationship with all area partners and other stakeholders..

• Manage new store openings when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in retail operations/sales management at lifestyle/fashion related industry
• Possess excellent leadership and team management skills
• Demonstrated excellent track record of sales targets and identifying sales opportunity
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic environment.
• Willing to work on-site as well as on weekends assignment, if needed
• Computer literate for reporting and evaluating : EXCEL ability is mandatory.
