Yeshi夜市, a growing hospitality company **headquartered in Lombok**, is expanding its presence in the vibrant city of **Bali**. As we prepare for the **grand opening of our new restaurant in Bali**, we are looking for an experienced **Operations Manager** who has a strong background in **restaurant openings**. The ideal candidate will have the skills to **set up operations, build and train a team, establish efficient workflows, and ensure a smooth launch**. About the role

Key Responsibilities  

**Team Leadership & Development**  
– Recruit, train, and oversee staff for both the hostel and café, ensuring a motivated and high-performing team.  
– Provide continuous support and guidance to maintain a positive and productive work environment.  

**Operational Oversight**  
– Supervise daily operations, swiftly addressing any internal challenges to ensure seamless workflow across both businesses.  
– Implement systems to enhance efficiency and maintain service excellence.  

**Financial Oversight**  
– Monitor financial performance by preparing detailed monthly reports on revenue, expenses, and budget management.  
– Work towards optimizing costs while maintaining quality and service standards.  

**Supplier & Inventory Management**  
– Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure timely deliveries and high-quality products.  
– Conduct regular inventory checks, track stock levels, and ensure accurate reporting to prevent shortages or waste.  

**Reporting & Strategic Planning**  
– Compile and present comprehensive reports on operations, inventory, and key business insights to senior management.  
– Utilize data analysis and customer feedback to drive improvements, optimize profitability, and enhance guest satisfaction.  

**Restaurant Operations**  
– Oversee all aspects of restaurant management, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.  
– Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain a high-quality menu that meets customer expectations.  
– Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and licensing regulations.  

**Customer Experience & Business Growth**  
– Foster a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.  
– Develop and implement strategies to boost revenue, maximize efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction.  
– Encourage team collaboration and provide ongoing training to elevate service standards.What we’re looking for

Candidate Requirements

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in both F&B and accommodation sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to hire, train, and manage teams effectively.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory control, supplier relations, and cost management.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and tracking revenue & expenses.
• Ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to drive business improvements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle operational challenges efficiently.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple responsibilities across different business areas.
