Dibutuhkan!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Restaurant General Manager di perusahaan People Connect HR Services untuk domisili Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang PT kami inginkan ialah Hotel/Restoran & Makanan/Minuman/Pelayanan Restoran serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kita butuhkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 80.000.000 - Rp 110.000.000.

We’re currently assisting one of a huge retail company that is planning to open a new fine-dining restaurant in the heart of Jakarta with below responsibilities and requirements

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
  • Deliver superior guest services 
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Plan and develop guest loyalty programs
  • Plan new and update existing menus
  • Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy
  • Participate at local food events
  • Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Manage and lead staff
  • Hire new employees
  • Training and evaluate staff performance
  • Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
  • Manage restaurant supplies
  • Control costs and minimize waste
  • Nurture a positive working environment 
  • Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
  • Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role
  • Extensive food, wine and other spirits knowledge
  • Experience in managing a restaurant with a fine-dining concept
  • Experience in event planning
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Good financial management skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
