RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing and executing a resource capacity plan and resource schedules
• Allocating resources to projects, including assigning the appropriate personnel to job roles within a project
• Monitoring day-to-day project activities and corresponding resourcing. 
• Performance management
• Forecasting the need for new linguist for upcoming projects
• Identifying the qualifications of new linguist to match the project needs
• Addressing resource demands of all departments for the project’s successful delivery
• Managing resource conflicts.
• Overcoming resource shortages by means of resource management techniques, reallocating resources, assigning more linguist
• Providing project managers with support when it comes to resource management issues or improving resource management processes.  
• Knowing all the current and upcoming projects run in an organization and business development activities and being able to plan resourcing accordingly.  
• Direct report to Senior Manager for Operations.

REQUIRED SKILL(S):

• Well-versed in project management and resource management
• Proficient in using resource management software, CRM, analytical tools, and project management software
• Utilizes a data-driven approach to create decisions objectively
• Identification of current market and economic trends
• Knowledgeable in the hiring and onboarding processes

REQUIREMENTS:

• Age maximum 30 years old.
• Excellent English Proficiency.
• Having Experience in Translation Company will be highly considered.
• Bachelor Degree with GPA 3.00 above in English Literature / Management / Business / Communications / Medical Sciences or any field that related from a reputable university.
• Having minimum TOEFL Score 600 / TOEIC Score 800 would be a definite advantage.
• Having experiences Study Abroad / Overseas for Student Exchange Programme will be considered.
• Computer Literate of Microsoft Office & Google Apps (Gmail, Google Drive).
• Honest, Good Attitude, Hard Working, Responsible, Discipline, Communicative, Creative.
• Well organized and understand the systematic filling system.
• Self-motivated and positive individual, with a keen interest towards learning and self-improvement.
• Equally strong interest to put into practice acquired knowledge.
• Work remotely with multiple team members across Asia
• Highly organized, with a meticulous eye for detail and errors.
• Able to prioritize work and multi-task, and to work well independently and as a team.
• Keep a cool head and perform well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Self-disciplined with good interpersonal and communication skills, loves collaborating with people.
• Well-groomed and well-mannered.
