Responsibilities

• Responsible for the whole Media Operation from media installation, media maintenance, and media operation. Make sure work order are being delivered according to the standard in timely manner.
• Create tactical plan, coordinate with internal team, and interact with the Building Management or Building Engineer to address technical issue, be the spoke person for the hardware know-how.
• Conduct field survey to understand and propose installation / dismantling plan, create the plan and necessary technical paperwork according to the SOP.
• Ensure the hardware assets are kept and tracked according to the company policy, ensure close communication with the Head Office to control material usage and its handling.
• Manage the completion of complain handling and issues related to hardware, installation, and media delivery.
• Create clear reporting and communication to the Head Office on the performance of the team.
• Think creatively and innovative to open new resource development opportunities.
• To build and maintain a good relationship with key decision-makers including property managers and owners.
• Continue to explore locations and premises that can allow the company to develop a screen media network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in construction, machinery, or related industry
• Minimum 3 years of proven working experience as coordinator or above
• Understanding in HSE, certification in HSE would be a plus point
• Ability to work on multiple discipline projects
• Proven ability and knowledge in Project Management, time management, organization skill, and leadership skill
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to adapt, negotiate, grow in a competitive environment
