URGENTLY REQUIRED

We are a Property Company that has been established since 1976 and currently developing our wings to focus on building some of residential projects in Indonesia. For this reason, we need C-Level person who are reliable, creative, independent and result oriented in order to meet the Company’s targets. Currently we need the following positions:

RESIDENTIAL DIRECTOR

Responsibilities:

1. Directly responsible to the President Director;
2. Create a residential plan based on the ideal figure of the satellite town;
3. Able to manage timeline and allocate work plan to the team;
4. Establishing effective team communication, directing the team to achieve common goals and be observant in identifying the skills of members in the team;
5. Perform budget calculations;
6. Mitigation of problems and crises;
7. Monitor progress based on blueprint;
8. Actively controlling and monitoring progress development and selling also setting deadlines;

Qualifications:

1. Good in making decisions;
2. Communicating Effectively;
3. Have a macro management viewpoint and required to have a clear vision also the skills to understand the big picture of the residential being worked on;
4. Able to develop a backup plan in case of unforeseen problems comes up;
5. Must understand the basics of risk management and change management, such as, organize additional resources, manage time in difficult circumstances, have alternative plans to keep the project and selling on track;
6. Graduated minimum bachelor degree in Engineering or any related department from reputable universities;
7. Have experience minimum 10 years working in manage large scale of satellite town;
8. Ability to analyse data using technology;
9. Reliable verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English;
10. Able to be a team leader who can motivate the team and become a bridge to Management.
