About the Studio

Dua Pole Studio is a new high-impact dance, pole and performance photography/videography studio.
We offer creators a cinematic space including:

• Rainfall wet room

• Main pole stage

• LED Videotron & LED circular stage

Our goal is to become the must-visit studio in Asia for performers.

About the Role

We are hiring two full-time resident photographers (40 hours/week) to become the creative core of the studio.

This is not a passive job.
You will be shooting clients, creating content daily, marketing the studio, and using the space to grow your own photography opportunities.

Because the client base is primarily female and often sensual, female photographers are strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do

Quiet hours (mandatory creation):

• Daily content creation (photo + video)

• Behind-the-scenes content

• Editing client work

• Posting to social media

• Redesigning sets / testing lighting

• Assisting videography shoots

• Keeping the studio clean and ready

Your purpose in quiet hours:
Grow the studio brand + generate photo clients for you and video clients for the owner.

Busy hours:

• Running the studio

• Shooting paid clients

• Reception & check-ins

• Upselling add-ons

• Editing & delivering work

• Maintaining a professional studio environment

What You Must Provide

• Your own camera, lenses and lighting kit

• Your own laptop for editing & social media

• Strong understanding of posing, movement and beauty

• Ability to create high-quality daily content

• Professional client attitude

• Positive energy that fits a dance/performance environment

What We’re Looking For (KEY)

You do NOT need pole photography experience,
but you must already have strong, creative photography in one of these areas:

• Dance

• Beauty

• Movement

• Fashion

• Portraits

Your social media must clearly prove:

• 2+ years of consistent creative photography posting (min. 1 post/month)

• A feed filled with your photography

• High-quality images

• Clear dedication to the craft

Also required:

• Strong editing skills (Lightroom/Photoshop)

• Fluent English

• Comfortable shooting sensual/performance content

• Reliable and on-time. Early morning shifts start at 8am, evening shifts end at 11pm

• Sales-minded with good attitude

Salary & Commission

• Probation (3 months): 4,000,000 IDR/month

• Month 4 onward: 6,000,000 IDR/month

• 15% commission from day one on every hour of photography you book
