Job Description: 

As a Reservation Officer, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager to develop sales strategies and action plans, generate leads, and work with various agents and hotel partners. Your role will involve corresponding with customers, preparing quotes, handling sales presentations, supporting flight operations, and conducting market analysis to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist guest with all inquiries pertaining to but not limited to Air Bali tour and services.
• Answer emails and check all correspondence in connection with reservations from customers to inquire and book Air Bali tour and services.
• Maintain accurate record of flight order summary and update the status of the booking in daily basis.
• Research and book tour arrangements, including book the aircraft, book rental cars, book dining experience, communicate with landing site and other operations preparation before the flight.
• Provide information about Air Bali’s services and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote helicopter services and boost brand visibility.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer needs are met.
• Plan new packages, research destinations, and organize special events to attract customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Economics or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and processes, with the ability to close deals.
• Ability to address customer concerns and provide solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
