Are you a customer-focused hospitality professional with a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences? Ovolo Hotels is looking for a Reservations Agents to handle hotel bookings across our vibrant and unique properties in Australia.

About the Role

As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring seamless and personalised booking experiences. You’ll play a vital role in driving occupancy, maximising revenue, and providing top-tier customer service that reflects Ovolo’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Reservations: Manage phone, email, and online booking enquiries with efficiency and a personal touch.
• Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service by assisting guests with their booking needs, offering recommendations, and upselling hotel experiences.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the Revenue, Sales, and Front Office teams to ensure smooth operations.
• System Management: Maintain accurate records in the property management system (PMS) and reservations platforms.
• Revenue Maximisation: Support promotional activities, packages, and upselling opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in reservations, front office, or customer service within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Customer-Focused Approach: A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with hotel reservation systems (PMS) and online booking platforms.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under pressure.
