Lowongan Kerja Gunung Putri Posisi Research & Development Supervisor di PT Yupi Indo Jelly Gum

Responsibilities

1. Conduct Research & Development for new products, including fulfilling R&D requests from the marketing department and preparing all necessary documents.

2. Optimize, improve, and develop the performance and functions of human resources.

3. Provide clear direction to subordinates.

4. Report major issues promptly to superiors, and if necessary, discuss with superiors to solve the problems.

5. Create and release documents for:

•    Formulas and standard processes to be used for production.
•    Product precalculation for new products.
•    Documents for shipment.

6. Implement the Axapta program, which includes inputting raw material specifications, base formulas, dosing formulas, WC & WR.

7. Implement the Halal Assurance System in product development processes.

8. Monitor the implementation of Stability Study programs for new products and/or products using new packaging or raw materials and prepare adequate reports from the Stability Studies.

9. Prepare documents and product samples required for Registration with the Indonesian FDA (Badan POM Depkes) and create ingredient lists & nutrition facts for new product registration with the Indonesian FDA & export destination countries.

10. Create SOPs, WIs according to ISO 22000, and monitor their implementation.

11. Provide improvement suggestions to the department head.

12. Prepare monthly reports to the R&D Manager.

Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmacy.

2. 2 years as a supervisor and a minimum of 3 years of R&D experience in the FMCG.

3. Proficient in computer skills, English language, and knowledgeable in Food Science and Technical Production of Food.

4. Possess leadership qualities, communicative, honest, and broad-minded.
