We are hiring a RDI Manager – Construction (Mortar) to lead product development and technical innovation in dry-mix mortar systems. The ideal candidate brings hands-on formulation experience in construction chemicals and a solid background in managing R&D teams.

Location: Sidoarjo, East Java
Open to professionals from any nationality who are open to relocating

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and improve formulations for tile adhesives, skim coat, grouts, or waterproofing mortar
Drive cost-effective and sustainable innovations aligned with market trends
Collaborate with Marketing and Production to align product development with commercial goals
Manage product testing, documentation (MSDS/TDS), and regulatory compliance
Evaluate raw materials and support technical assessments of new suppliers

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
5–7 years in R&D roles within construction chemical or dry-mix mortar industry
3+ years in a managerial capacity
Strong leadership, analytical, and cross-departmental collaboration skills
Proficiency in English
Willing to be stationed in Sidoarjo, East Java
