Telah rilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Research & Community Development Officer di perusahaan Yayasan Bina Nusantara untuk kota/kab Semarang atau sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang usaha kami butuhkan adalah Pendidikan/Pelatihan & Pelatihan & Pengembangan serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.
PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap pelamar pekerjaan sehingga kamu bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.
Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup bersaing tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Walaupun begitu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.
Coordinate administration / operational activities with internal and external parties involved for all programs related to research activities
Maintain and upload research data
Keep track of the database of contacts and communications for External Grant and proposal activities
Maintain research database of both internal and external research grant
Conduct and maintain networking processes related to research activities (e.g. getting contacts, sending letters and info, communicating research procedure and process)
Arrange and review research activities data for various discussion/meeting
Support all academic departments for the operational process of research activities
Arrange and organize various events related to research activities
Research Publication Process:
Prepare, rewrite, and edit copy to improve material readability
Read copy or proof to detect and correct errors in spelling, punctuation, and syntax
Plan the contents of publications according to the publication’s style, editorial policy, and publishing requirements
Read, evaluate, and edit manuscripts or other materials submitted for publication.
Discuss with authors regarding changes in content, style /arrangement, or publication
Arrange and handle the copyright permissions process
Read material to determine index items and provide proper arrangement (based on alphabet/topic/indicating page/chapter location)
Oversee publication production to ensure meeting the deadlines
Student Research Awareness:
Promote awareness and information about the importance and benefits of Student Research or Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) to students
Assist in promoting the awareness of Research/PKM to students throughout BINUS @Campus by direct and indirect measure
Student Research Administration:
Collaborate with academic departments and/or external institutions in regard to the technical procedures in PKM
Administer PKM according to valid regulations and guidelines
Propose procedural and technical guidelines of PKM to the Direct Supervisor
Administration Process Enhancement:
Administer all documentation and report with effective access and high accountability
Provide regular reports to the Direct Supervisor using standardized form
Propose required support, guidelines, and procedural standard for relevant users
Provide and administer hands-on support in form of briefings or workshops as requested by internal and external stakeholders
Community Development Program Implementation Activities:
Conduct annual Community Service programs for students/lecturers in BINUS @Campus
Carry out activities to enhance volunteer interest to participate in various Community Development programs
Handle volunteer recruitment process based on program needs
Develop volunteer skills to meet the program requirement
Provide opportunities for early involvement and built lasting relationships within the volunteer community
Improve and ensure the quality of community service activities in BINUS @Campus (related to Education, Health & Environment Programs)
Conduct communication sessions for students related to community service activity
Conduct coordination required to support Community Development activities
Evaluate program implementation and provide analysis report to direct supervisor
Develop and maintain good communication with and within the volunteer community
Explore partnership opportunities to support community service program realization
Community Development Operation:
Ensure regulation compliance of the students/lecturers’ Community Service program activities (e.g., minimum 30 hours of Community Service activity for students)
Record and maintain documents related to Community Development/ Corporate Social Responsibility program
Communicate administration/operational activities with internal and external parties involved in related Community Development/ Corporate Social Responsibility program
Update and maintain a database of contacts and communications
Collect data and information related to students/lecturers’ Community Service activity
Conduct confirmation and follow up with students/lecturers regarding the submission of Community Service activity result
Compile overall data regarding total hours of Community Service activity (students/lecturers). Provide report to direct supervisor
Collect data and update information related to various activities in Community Development (i.e., volunteer data, funding information, partnership)
Management Support Activities:
Provide Report to direct Supervisor
Suggest improvement process related to activities in the area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort, and cost)
Perform activities related to Quality Management System
Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
Minimum 2 years of working experience
Special skills:
– Adequate communication skills
– Familiar with research procedures
– Knowledge and skills in research procedures, preferably in Program Kreatifitas Mahasiswa
– Knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility program activities
