Job Brief:

Research and Development Food and Beerages are primarily responsible for designing, developing, and testing new products and technologies in various fields.They use their technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to create innovative solutions to complex problems.The duties and responsibilities of a Research and Development Engineer include;

Requirements: 

• Graduated from Bachelor’s Degree, Food Technology from reputable university. 
• Min 2 year of working experience as Research and Development Staff (Food & Beverages) 
• Computer literacy: Microsoft office (excel, power point, word).
• Detail & systematic person, analytical thinking, task oriented, communicative, fast learner & adaptable.
• Proficient in English both spoken & written.

Job Description: .

• Handle Food & Beverages product development
• Need to formulate new product launch plans, develop products based on company strategy, and meet sales expectations.
• Reporting daily & monthly report as requested for achieving company objective.
• Evaluation report & present quarterly brand position and action plan for the next for food &beverages service products.
• Perform process flow analysis to get an efficient and effective production process.
• Able to calculate cost or Product BOM
• Showing new products to the relevant Management & Department Executives
• Conducting new product training to QC Store and production training in Central Kitchen
• Able to find solutions if there is a problem with the product
