Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Reputation & Public Relations Manager di tempat usaha PT Prudential Life Assurance untuk daerah Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah Seni/Media/Komunikasi & Hubungan Masyarakat serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang PT kami inginkan adalah min Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Responsibilities:

Will be responsible to track and monitor the company’s sentiment and conversation in the media and flag of any potential issue to the company’s Risk Management Task Force.

Will collaborate with head of sustainability and internal communications & PR to build reputation strategy and ensuring company’s positive sentiment in the media and public is strengthen by both reactive and proactive actions.

The candidate must be agile and able to think tactfully, clearly and fast under difficult situation to provide advice to management on the best course of action to manage each issues.

Requirements:

University degree in Communications, Journalistic or other related disciplines.
Have at least 5 years of experience in public relations including handling media, preferably from financial industries or customer facing business.
Experienced in handling company’s brand image through media releases, press conference, media gathering and strong media relations.
Have previous experience in managing company’s issue/ crisis communication.
Have good analytical skills, in analysing trend, media coverage, and online conversation to track and identify any potential issue and spot any opportunity for company to strengthen its brand image and positive sentiment.
Have good understanding of media landscape is a must, and it is a plus if the candidate has good network with tier-1 national media in Indonesia.
Have good writing skills in both Bahasa and English is a must.
Must be able to work multiple projects and is a team player across company.
