Currently, Panin Dai-ichi Life is looking for a qualified Reporting & Analysis to prepares, process and perform all tasks related to sales performance reporting.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide routine and non-routine report (daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly) for sales forces, partners, management and other related department.
2. Contest result calculation and regular updates, as per Distribution Channel’s set up criteria
3. Regular update on sales force performance result (e.g promotion/demotion criteria). Result to be communicated to Distribution Channels for their decision
4. Other data analytics as per management request.
5. Participates in development, implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives, short and long range planning; develops and implements projects and programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals.

Key Requirements:  

•      Bachelor’s degree in Management/Accounting with GPA > 2,5

•      Minimum of 1 years of experience as Reporting in Life Insurance companies or banking industry is a plus

•      Advance knowledge of Ms. Excel, Ms. Access, Database, Programming language or VBA

•      Good interpersonal and good attitude

•      Strong analytical thinking and data-driven

•      Average in English (both written and spoken)

•      Willing to be located in our Head Office at Panin Dai-ichi Life Center in West Jakarta
