YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain procedures and work instructions for maintaining production facilities, utilities, workshop and building facilities as per reliability and maintenance guidelines and align with HSE guidelines.
• Lead maintenance team in evaluating critical equipment and develop maintenance strategy (PM, PdM, redundancy, run to fail, spare parts, etc) based on Reliability and Integrity Management (RIM) guideline.
• Managing spare part inventory and responsible for inventory level and value based on Bayer guideline and KPI.
• Responsible on risk and opportunity assessment for Maintenance department including all jobs and activities done by maintenance technician and 3rd party contractors/vendors.
• Leading maintenance team in implementation of Asset Care (AC) best practices implementation and ensuring it gives positive impact on maintenance program effectiveness.
• Perform regular monitoring and evaluation for maintenance cost to ensure optimized allocation of budget and align with site spending target/strategy.
• Establishing regular report i.e., daily, weekly, monthly related as agreed KPI (MTTR, MTBF, etc)
• Conduct incident investigation in the case of accident/ incident which might occur to personnel (internal or external party) along with the improvement idea as preventive actions
• Responsible of people development strategy of maintenance team to maintain and improve people competency and capability (skill and competency matrix, training plans, succession plan, etc).
• Perform people performance management (team’s goals setting, regular check ins, mid and end year evaluation, coaching, reward & recognition, etc).
• Support on digital improvement initiative in terms of technical and execution

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s or D3 degree in mechanical/electrical engineering with minimum 3 years experiences on asset handling or maintenance
• Fluent in English oral and written
• Have knowledge on plant production equipment
• Have knowledge on plant maintenance strategy
• Have knowledge on spare part management
• Have knowledge on general safety standards (working at height, hot works, electrical safety, confined space, etc)
