As a Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with priority segment clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeding their expectations.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high net worth individuals and families within the priority segment. Understand their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences to offer tailored financial solutions.
  • Analyze clients’ financial situations, assets, and investments. Propose suitable investment strategies to achieve their financial objectives, considering risk tolerance and market conditions.
  • Regularly engage with clients to provide market updates, investment opportunities, and any changes that might affect their portfolios. Be responsive to clients’ inquiries and concerns.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities within the priority segment. Identify potential clients and work towards expanding the client base through referrals and networking.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional products and services offered by the organization, such as wealth management, estate planning, and lending services.
  • Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive financial plans, encompassing investment strategies, retirement planning, tax optimization, and legacy planning.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies while executing transactions and managing client portfolios. Mitigate potential risks and uphold the reputation of the organization.
  • Stay updated with market trends, economic developments, and changes in financial products and services. Utilize this knowledge to provide well-informed advice to clients.
  • Monitor the performance of client portfolios and investment strategies. Conduct periodic reviews and present performance reports to clients.
  • Work closely with other departments within the organization, such as wealth management, private banking, and investment advisory teams, to provide seamless and holistic services to clients.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, preferably with a focus on the priority segment or high net worth individuals.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth management solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial scenarios and propose suitable solutions.
  • Ethical and detail-oriented, with a commitment to compliance and risk management.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to client management and business development.
